Since then, I have worked across industries \u2014 real estate, hospitality, corporate services \u2014 handling everything from recruitment and payroll to industrial relations, labour law compliance, and organisational development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WHAT I DO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I currently lead HR functions at Eros Group, one of Delhi NCR&#8217;s established business conglomerates, where I manage the full spectrum of people operations across multiple entities. My work spans talent management, compliance, workforce planning, and HR systems \u2014 at both the strategic and operational level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WHY THIS BLOG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started Workforce Wisdom because I kept seeing the same problems \u2014 businesses struggling with basic compliance, HR professionals unsure how to handle disputes, entrepreneurs hiring their first employees without any framework. There is a lot of theoretical HR content online.
